Description
I have devised and implemented a great number of public art commissions,residencies and art projects.
A lot of my work has encompassed working with members of the public (from all ages and different contexts).
I have managed and produced Public Art Commissions for other artists, such as Suzanne Lacy in Los Angeles ( Socially engaged art)and currently for the artists Ackroyd & Harvey.
Although my background in glass,sculpture and photography, I employ other fabricators and collaborate with artists to work with me on projects.
Photography: 18 years experience; Digital photography, SLR’s, Medium Format ,Black and White printing
Singing: Singing world music/folk songs, Sean Os, Fado Portuguese songs, folk at festivals. (electric picnic,body and soul, various art centers and concerts)
Glass Blowing; 5 years experience,BA in glass and architectural glass, worked in a glass blowing studio in Rome for two years.
