My one person project goes under the name ‘Wasps vs Humans’ which features performance poetry and music. I tend to compose commentary style observing snap shots of life. Political and humourous, my take on the world is delivered with a growl and a smile. I have also written four plays for the theatre, all produced, including a UK national tour and taking in the Brighton International Arts Festival. Originally from Lincoln, UK and currently based in Cork. I am a songwriter, singer, guitarist and drummer. I have previously released an L.P and single with UK based 80s avant garde/experimental band, 4,000,000 Telephones, with a tour in Germany, which at the time gained interest from national UK press and radio 1, including John Peel. I also make up the other half of an alternative indie/folk outfit, CHUNKY PLANET, which released a single, ‘Pensioners watch TV’ in 2004. At the moment CHUNKY PLANET are recording for an E.P. due for release later this year.
