Interested in cooking, eating and agriculture. Work part time (weekends) in the kitchen at Restaurant Patrick Guilbauds. Have worked previously at Tom Aikens (London), St John (London), Chez Panisse (Berkeley), Lea Linster (Luxenbourg) and Union Square Cafe (New York). Interested in celebrating our seasons and our farmers, artisans, and community gardens.
