Seonna Hong’s Wonderful Art And Illustrations
Seonna Hong‘s art apparently belongs in a genre known as pop surrealism however i’d sooner put her into the illustration and animation box. After all that’s where she made her name. She began her career as a childrens art teacher in California but after a few years jacked that in to do animation. In 2003 she won an Emmy for Individual Achievement in Background Styling on ‘My Life as a Teenage Robot’ and in 2006 published a best selling moving picture booked called ‘Animus’. She now exhibits her paintings in America and Japan.
If you happen to be in Portland, Oregon between 6th – 29th September you can check out his work at The Breeze Block Gallery.
