Olivia Locher’s Photographs Of A Dreamlike World

Olivia Locher is an incredibly young photographer whose work belies her age and experience, she is only 21. Perhaps her very individual perception of how we see the world, imagine things is due to her upbringing in the woods of Pennsylvania. Then again maybe not. Either way her longing for the dreamlike, the natural environment, produces wonderful images.

She has quite alot of work done, all of it very different in tone, but I’ve decided to show you a selection of her striking black and white pictures – most are taken in the dark, a place, a time when your imagination is able to run wild.

I’m sure I’ll be back with more of her work in the future.
