Nathan Marsh’s Alphabet Apocrypha Illustrations Are Beautifully Rendered
Nathan Marsh‘s ‘Alphabet Apocrypha’ is a beautifully illustrated web comic that’s framed as traditional kids book, every page dedicated to a letter of the alphabet. It’s wonderfully executed and each page must of taken an inordinate amount time and work to finish. Notice the exquisite pen work – it’s all done with a crow quill on watercolour paper..
Wow. Wow, wow, wow. I’m in complete admiration. There’s a bit of Python in there somewhere and I’m sure Terry Gilliam would love them. You can buy a print of each of the letters for a mere $15 which I think is pretty reasonable. He’s currently at ‘P’. Hopefully he’ll have more letters up soon. I’ll let you know.
