French street artist Ludo recently completed this huge mural called ‘Palynology’ for the Katowice Street Art Festival in Poland. A vaguely political piece featuring this brilliant green biomorphic ‘Police’ fly which last appeared at his London show in 2011. He uses various materials in his work but would be most well known for his wheatpastes.

On his website he has a great quote that refers to why he makes the work he does. It’s by Andre Breton, one of the founders of Surrealism:

collage allows people with no technique to make works of art, to express themselves in a visual way
