Laura Callaghan‘s illustrations are a wonderful example of the fine art of draftsmanship, composition and design and I’m so happy to be able to say that about a fellow Irish person. Her work is hand drawn using a mixture of watercolour, indian ink and pen and is immensely pleasurable to the eye.

Most of the images here are from her own series, ‘Fashion Story’, inspired as they are by different trends and styles, the looks and moods of the fashion world. There is nothing left out, left behind, her models are as intricately composed as her background interiors. They are simply beautiful pictures.
