Karen Lynn Kintz‘s collages are a wonderful combination of recycled paper, cardboard, wool, felt, drawing and painting. They are simple compositions, the forms and structures of each work minimal and subdued. I love her earthy colours and use of textures, particularly the cardboard, felt and wool and the fact that she doesn’t hide behind their limitations, rather she celebrates them.
