If you’re into DJing but also love BMXing then you’re going to love this – The Turntable Rider. Even if you’re not you’ll have to admit its a pretty nifty idea. The technology was created by Japanese company COGOO.
What they’ve basically done is reformatted a DJ’s essential toolkit into different components of a BMX so the wheels become jog wheels, the brake pad becomes a sound pad and an installed gyroscopic motion sensor doubles as the fader pad. The music is then fed wirelessly into the setup via an iPhone or iPod.
